Pani Puri and Snack Industry

If you think of having home-made pani puri, you should prepare it well ahead of time. It can be a challenging job for those who are not accustomed to preparing it. For puri, you need ingredients like semolina, flour, baking soda, and oil for frying. To make pani, you need tamarind pulp, un-roasted cumin seed, water, roasted cumin seed powder, mint leaves chutney, coriander leaves, black salt, green chillies, and jaggary. At Bikanervala, having pani puri is like having the snack prepared at home; quality materials are used for the hygienic preparation of the chaat.

When we speak of the snack industry in India, the boom is well noticed with the increasing demand for the myriad snack items. Whether it is namkeens or just puri (of pani puri) or potato chips, or just the veg snacks, the intake is only rising by the day, thus boosting up the snack industry further!

And the variety will only make you spoilt for choices - aloo tikki, kachori with sabji, paneer tikka, raj kachori, bhalla papri, lachha tokri, pani puri, bhel puri, matar kulcha, pao bhaji, dahi bhalla, paneer masala chilla, and papri chaat. Food in India and Sweet Food

I have visited several countries; every time I go I do carry snack food items along. There can be no tastier food items than food in India. And for me there can be no better restaurant brand than Bikanervala. You can get myriad range of food in India at a Bikanervala outlet right from vegetable snacks, chaat, South Indian food, Bikano namkeen to sweet food items.

I often take my friends along to the Bikanervala outlet located around two kilometres away. We sit for hours and at the same savor the items one by one. We never buy sweet food from any other outlet other than Bikanervala.

I like all sweet food items available in the Bikanervala menu. The items I like the most are special gujia, kesar gujia, dhoda, banarasi laddoo, shahi laddoo, special Karachi halwa, besan laddoo, dhoda kaju, moti pak, atta laddoo, coconut barfi, patisa, gondh laddoo, sohan halwai, balu shahi, dal barfi, kesar coconut barfi, sev badam, shahi pinni, gulab jamun, rasgulla and the list goes on.

The best part is that I am able to send sweets and food items online to my friends and relatives located far away.

Crispy puris filled with diced potatoes, chick peas, puffed rice, onions, pani sauce, sweet and sour sauce and topped with yoghurt sauce – nothing can beat the Bikanervala pani puri.

With considerable knowledge of consumer taste and appetite, Bikanervala stands out in dealing with orders related to marriage ceremonies and other occasions. The Bikanervala Sweets Shop In Our Vicinity

Ever since the Bikanervala sweets shop opened in our vicinity, all the people in turns seemed to flock to the centre to savor their favorite delicacies. And I didn’t have a chance even once to order any item listed in the Bikanervala menu at ease due to the excessive crowd. I have been there a dozen times to buy Indian sweets or namkeen or sometimes a combination of both for home and each time I had to wait for over fifteen minutes and sometimes over half an hour to get the order placed.

The Bikanervala menu contains a vast range of Indian sweets and namkeen including Bengali sweets, pani puri, veg. snacks, and other chaat items. The menu also covers South Indian snacks food. Bengali sweets in the Bikanervala menu include rasagulla, badam phool, malai chap, paneer malai roll, shrikhand, chamcham, kesar chamcham, petha gilori, rasmalai, petha, pakija, anguri petha, chena toast, kesar anguri petha, anurodh, and more varieties.

I love having pani puri at Bikanervala because these are hygienically prepared and served unlike those available at street stalls. These watery snacks are so delicious that I could not stop myself from having it every time I remember it. I end up having the pani puri with my friends at Bikanervala almost every alternate day.

Another item I like most in the Bikanervala menu is the namkeen. There are different types of namkeen which you can have with tea or any time you want to have to appease your taste buds.
