Whenever I think of sweet food, my mouth just waters. I immediately go to the kitchen and have a piece of whatever sweet food available at home. It is gulab jamun, rosogulla, halwa, badam burfi, coconut barfi, kesar peda, khoya burfi, and kalakand that are savored the most by our family members. And all these sweet food items bear the Bikanervala tag.
I must say Indian food is as diverse as the country itself. There are myriad food items special to every region. And each state has countless delicacies special to it. I just love relishing the South Indian food items in the Bikanervala menu. I have almost become a Bikanervala addict. Almost every alternate day, I go to the restaurant to savor my favorite South Indian food items. And I have never had an upset stomach; I know the materials used as well as the hygienic preparation won’t affect anyone’s health.
